Well, we've settled on a name for the boy.
At least a first name:
Samuel.
Likely to end up Samuel Jameson, but that may change.
Other than that, DW has hit the pregancy wall. She is ready to be done with being pregnant. Five weeks to go!

Many of you maintain a similar list. Some of you (where I visit regularly, and even post) do NOT have me on your list. I must say I am very slighted, hurt, and generally cry myself to sleep each night, wondering how I can get on Bob's list. At any rate, take this new point in the year to look at your list, and purge the old ones (I think only Nailbone and Wheezy are inactive on my list), and add any of your *new* favorites that you love to visit. *ahemMeemo'sblogahem*
And yes, I am a desperate attention whore.

And Meemo, I love traditional names. They are timeless. Like Coco, I am not super fond of last names as first names. As for Samuel? I adore it! It is a solid name. Perfect for a little boy and a grown man. Well done!

And the due date is Feb. 16. Same day as Little Miss Meemo's birthday - 2 years later.

Samuel is wonderful! In fact it was on our short list of names. Good nickname if you decide to go that way too.
I am a traditional name lover too.
I find it very weird that the first 6 weeks of having the new baby go by so much faster than the last 6 weeks of pregnancy.

Samuel is a great name! I like traditional names for boys while anything goes for girls. I like Old Testament names for boys.
Maybe you will get a little Valentine...
I like Samuel! For some reason, it conjures up the thoughts of the brothers on Legends of the Fall. Samuel was a good man. He lost the lady, but eh, what ya gonna do?

And thanks for all of your support and advice on the name. It's the name of my great-grandfather, so we're tying in family heritage, but it's also a classic that we really like. And Samuel and Madeleine make a nice set.

Seriously, when I was pregnant I told everyone that I needed a name that could flow with: ???, get your ass in here. Hence the Ryan and Kevin (which I didn't realize were proud Irish names!)
